Summer Fruits

It's been a while. I am trying to ease my way back again into this blogging world. Let me start with some wonderful and colorful fruits at this moment. There is not much work to do with them but to let them shine on their greatness. Mint is optional, but if you decide to make a cocktail out of this fruit plate, that mint will give it a little pop of freshness!

Yellow Peaches, pitted and sliced

Melon, rounds (melon baller)

Sweet Cherries, pitted and halved

Rainier Cherries, pitted and halved

Blueberries, whole and halved

Mint

Assemble fruits on a plate and garnish with mint. Best served when fruits are cold.
